Prepare Transportation Master Plans: Develop Event Transportation Management Plans (TMPs) that minimize the adverse effects of traffic. These plans cover parking management (such as clear signage, reservation systems, pricing strategies), ways to encourage transit and active mode use, and managing transportation before and after events.

Define and Measure Success: Conduct on-site monitoring to track key performance indicators, such as how attendees travel to the venue, traffic congestion, public transit reliability and capacity, the effectiveness of traffic reduction strategies, and how quickly parking areas empty after events.
