Explore the role.
Interns are exposed to a variety of projects and experiences giving them a front row seat to what it’s like working as an engineer/planner in a consulting firm. This allows you to gain first-hand experience and get to know the team. Many of our interns return as entry-level employees following graduation.
Learn with your peers.
Each summer, our interns participate in a 6-week webinar series. A variety of topics are covered by staff throughout the firm to give interns an overview of the firm’s culture, areas of expertise, technical disciplines, and consulting fundamentals. While this program is limited to the summer, many of our offices welcome interns year-round.
Collaboration is a core value.
Our offices are small enough to create close-knit teams and still reap the benefits of being a mid-sized organization, giving you access to top technical experts from around the company…and down the hall.
