Our 25-person, tight-knit Washington team is dedicated to improving communities throughout the Pacific Northwest through our passion for transportation planning and engineering. We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help lead competitive project pursuits in our Seattle and Tacoma offices. The role of Senior Marketing Coordinator requires strategic thinking while developing persuasive marketing messages from complex, sometimes technical ideas. It offers autonomy—while offering the benefit of collaboration with a network of Marketing Coordinators around the company. The ideal candidate takes initiative, has strong writing skills and a deep personal commitment to quality. They can see the bigger picture, are assertive enough to help influence strategy, and have the visual design skills to create compelling content that translates complicated ideas to a broad audience. At Fehr & Peers, we are committed to work-life balance and support our staff’s growth through mentoring, training, and involvement in professional organizations. Our fun, friendly, and flexible work environment includes lunch and learns, social hours, and annual traditions like Mariners games, picnics, and boating on Lake Union. This is a full-time position and location is flexible, we are open to someone who is fully remote, and is willing to travel to the Seattle office quarterly.
