We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to support the management of our 12-person Salt Lake City office. More About the Role

This position can be Part-Time or Full-Time (20-40 hours per week available). Full benefits are provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Support/Accounting/Marketing:

  • Assist in the development of office-wide yearly objectives and ensure performance meets expectations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive and measurable business plan
  • Assist in fiscal oversight: including accounts receivables, budgeting, financial statements, and correspondence with clients regarding outstanding invoices
  • Assist in the management of staff workload
  • Assist in tracking and measuring project backlog
  • Process the office’s accounts payable expenses, create check requests, and respond to accounts payable inquires
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Communicate with property management representatives and vendors as necessary
  • Review and approve invoices for regular office expenses
  • Coordinate with management, marketing, and administrative staff from other offices
  • Assist project managers with project set-up as needed
  • Review vendor invoices & submit for processing
  • Assist with marketing coordination efforts as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional services business environment. Commitment to high-quality, reliable, and timely work performance
  • Proficiency in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management
  • Prior experience with accounting software preferred, but not required
  • Poise and maturity to be a Fehr & Peers representative to clients and potential employees, including the ability to articulate business goals, vision, culture, and environment
  • Desire to promote cohesion and unity among the team, and to be a positive and encouraging influence in the office.
