COMPANY-WIDE RETREATS

Since Fehr & Peers was founded in 1985, we have been holding company-wide (all-employee) retreats at key points during our evolution as a firm. Retreats have served as invaluable forums for us to establish and strengthen relationships with our co-workers, reinforce our core values, and to remind us that we are truly one company with a common mission and a shared vision for the futrure. These retreats normally begin on a Thursday evening, and continue through Saturday morning.

Our most recent retreat was held in October of 2007 at a conference center in San Jose, CA. It was themed "Get Connected" due its three main objectives: increase staff familiarity, check the mid-point status of the firm's strategic plan, and set a collective vision for the future of the firm through 2020.
