OUR BRAND

Fehr & Peers is unique to many of today’s companies:

  • Bureaucracy is minimized—options prevail.
  • One person is dedicated to planning company events and maintaining high employee morale.
  • Collaboration counts—employees of all levels interact and share knowledge on a regular basis.
  • Work-life balance is one of our core values.
  • Employees have the resources they need to be successful—training, mentoring, project support, team-building activities, access to the latest software and technology, and access to experts in the field.

"I’m always impressed by the amount of respect and equality Fehr & Peers gives to employees, regardless of their position or age. My opinions and feedback are just as important as those of a fresh-out-of-college engineer or a 20-year veteran. Above and beyond age and title, I am a person—Fehr & Peers treats me like one."

— Amanda Roque, Marketing Coordinator, Orange County, CA office

Fehr & Peers held a companywide retreat in October 2004. One of the teambuilding activities at this event was building bikes and donating them to the Boys and Girls Club of San Jose, California. The event meant a lot to staff member Eddie Barrios who said:

"I want to start out by saying that I am extremely proud of Fehr & Peers for its generosity to the local Boys and Girls Club. I’ve always known Fehr & Peers to be generous but this really hit close to home. I grew up in the Boys and Girls Club and I remember that some of my happiest times were when generous and caring companies would donate gifts that my family could not afford. I realize now that companies like Fehr & Peers do truly bring some happiness to people and I am proud to be a part of it."
