Fehr & Peers believes in the value of giving back to the transportation profession. Many senior staff members, most of which are Principal Owners, teach transportation courses at universities and colleges in their local area.
Steve Brown, Principal
Steve has taught several courses at the UC Davis Extension, including "Livable Communities" and "Transportation Certificate Capstone." He has also taught "Traffic Calming: Strategies that Work" at the UC Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) Tech Transfer.
Fred Choa, Principal
Fred currently teaches "Synchro & SimTraffic" at the UC Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) Tech Transfer and "Analysis and Control of Traffic Systems" at CSU, Sacramento.
Bob Grandy, Principal
Bob teaches "Law, Policy, Legislation and Funding in Transportation Planning & Management" at UC Davis Extension where he's been teaching since 2006.
Richard Lee, Associate
Richard currently teaches "Transportation Policy & Planning" at UC Berkeley and "Transportation & Urban Planning" at San Jose State University. Richard has been teaching at both universities since 2006.
Ron Milam, Principal
Ron teaches "Managing Transportation and Land Use Interactions" at the UC, Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) Tech Transfer. He has been teaching this class since 2002
Matthew Ridgway, Principal
Matthew will be teaching "Designing Safe, Accessible Pedestrian Facilities," a class he's been teaching since 1999, at the UC Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) Tech Transfer. He will also be teaching "Fundamentals of Traffic Engineering" at the Tech Transfer.
Dave Robinson, Senior Associate
Dave will be teaching "Successful Collaboration: Methods and Best Practices" at the
UC Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) Tech Transfer in February of 2009.
