CLIENT SURVEYS

Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. As part of our commitment to providing our clients with outstanding service, we regularly perform surveys to assess client satisfaction and to identify areas of improvement. We send a client survey after every completed project. During the past nine years, we have received more than 3,066 completed surveys.

316 surveys were returned to us in 2009. 

• We met or exceeded our clients' expectations in more than 96% of these surveys. 

• We also ask clients to rate us in the critical areas of quality, value, and service.  The following shows the percentage of clients who felt we met or exceeded their expectations in each area:

• Quality - 97%
• Value – 95%
• Service – 96%

• We exceeded our clients' expectations in 46% of the surveys.

• More than 76% of our clients find our work to be better than our competitors.

• 99% of our clients would use us again.
