Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. As part of our commitment to providing our clients with outstanding service, we regularly perform surveys to assess client satisfaction and to identify areas of improvement. We send a client survey after every completed project. Over the past 10 years, we have received more than 3,700 completed surveys.

  • We met or exceeded our clients’ expectations in more than 98% of these surveys.
    • We also ask clients to rate us in the critical areas of quality, value, and service. The following shows the percentage of clients who felt we met or exceeded their expectations in each area:
