Mid-Level Engineer/Planner (All offices)

Mid-Level Engineers/planners must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transportation, civil, electrical engineering; urban and regional planning; or related major. This position requires 3+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: traffic operations (e.g., HCS, Synchro, VISSIM), signal design, transportation planning (e.g., bicycle or transit plans, policy), and travel demand modeling (e.g., MinUTP/TP+, TransCAD, EMME/2). Technical writing skills should be above average and a professional license is highly desirable.
