More About the Role

We’re looking for an individual with a solid foundation and expertise in accounting, who is capable of performing in a complex, fast-paced environment. This person would possess a strong customer service orientation and work well with a diverse group of employees. It’s also important that they would thrive in an environment that encourages initiative, vision, independence and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in weekly full-cycle Accounts Payable and Employee Expense Report processing including auditing, coding, entry and weekly payment processing
  • Maintain and manage vendor accounts
  • Conduct research and analysis
  • Cash Receipts and weekly reporting
  • General Ledger Account Reconciliations
  • Year-end 1099 processing and support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct work experience with full-cycle AP in a high-volume, fast-paced professional environment
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Experience with the MS office Suite of products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to learn, communicate, and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter, ambitious, dependable, and reliable
  • Works independently and is detail-oriented
  • Has strong organizational skills and is solution-oriented
  • Experience with Deltek Vision preferred but not required
