Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.  As part of our commitment to providing our clients with outstanding service, we regularly perform surveys to assess client satisfaction and to identify areas of improvement. We send a client survey after every completed project.

243 surveys were returned to us in 2007, which represents a response rate of 49%.  During the past six years, we have received more than 2,500 completed surveys including responses to more than 5,800 questions.

• We met or exceeded our clients' expectations in more than 98% of these surveys. 

• We also ask clients to rate us in the critical areas of quality, value, and service.  The following shows the percentage of clients who felt we met or exceeded their expectations in each area:

• Quality - 97%
• Value – 96%
• Service – 97%

• We exceeded our clients' expectations in 40% of the surveys.

• More than 75% of our clients find our work to be better than our competitor's.

• 98% of our clients would use us again.
